All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

We work with trusted global suppliers to ensure quality and availability. As a result, some items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods. Pawlixo is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
